Creativity is without a doubt the most valuable human resource. And without creativity, there can be no progress, and we will remain trapped in the same patterns indefinitely.

We decided to tap into our employees’ creative sides while also focusing on team-building activities as we began to plan our celebration.

As a result, we organized several creative competitions for them to showcase their talents.

And here we are, sharing a glimpse of our employees’ creative side at our India office during the recently concluded #AzadiKaAmritMahotsav festive celebrations where our employees were asked to Make a Rakhi based on Independence Day Theme (Tricolor).

It allowed us to see the hidden talent of #Scadeans who performed on such short notice.
